		BRIAN C. ESPLEN - PRESIDENT The principle, Brian C. Esplen has over forty years experience in the Construction industry as a Project Engineer, Project / Construction Manager, and Vice President of Development / Construction prior to forming Ventures West Inc.
		BRIAN C. ESPLEN JR. - PROJECT ENGINEER As senior project manager/engineer, with over 20 years international experience, Brian is responsible for the management and oversite of all our mainland projects.
